Very nice peaceful camping. Owners were very inviting, camp spots were very clean, large concrete pads and easy back ins if you choose one of them. We’ll be back.

Finding this RV resort was a real treat. It is just the kind of location we like. The resort was engineered out of a hillside which means almost every site has a view of some sort. Each site is level and spacious. Lots of room between sites. IMO, the best of it is that Talking Rock Resort is a dark sky campground - no lights in the campground and no lights nearby. We will return, for sure.

Very neatly kept RV park. Awesome owners. Mike goes out of his way to help with anything that is needed. The live music on Saturday night(Shani Leigh Palmer) was great. There’s some nice little shops and places to eat near by. We will definitely be back.

This RV Resort is magnificent. Peaceful, quiet, and immaculately landscaped with rolling hill sites and views of the mountains. Wonderful stargazing at night. All staff are great and genuinely care that you have a wonderful experience during your stay. Many social events are scheduled throughout the month. I especially liked Saturdays with live music in the evening. Great pickeball courts. Level, large, and long concrete pads, very clean public facilities, spacious room between sites, and a campfire ring. I will be returning when I'm back in the area.

This place is incredible. Large concrete sites with stunning views of the mountains. Beautiful clubhouse and great staff. We had a rally with our rv club members and Mike and his family could not have been more accommodating. My wife and I already booked a return in the fall to see the mountains in the fall colors.

The area offers golf courses, wineries, parks and small towns worth exploring. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back next spring.

I have stayed at a lot of campgrounds over the last decade and this is by far the most beautiful scenery, calm and quiet atmosphere, stunning clubhouse, pool, etc I’ve ever seen. Absolutely luxury camping with breathtaking Mountain views. You’re treated to fresh baked bread and info packet upon arrival. The kindest and most caring staff. We absolutely hope to be back.

Talking Rock Motorcoach Resort was an absolutely beautiful stay and one we won’t soon forget. The resort is lovely, impeccably clean, and offers an upscale experience in a stunning location with gorgeous mountain views. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed, creating the perfect balance of luxury and relaxation.

One of the most unique and welcoming touches was the delicious sourdough bread available—a small detail that made a big impression! Site 26 was, in our opinion, one of the best spots in the entire park, offering exceptional views and a prime location. The live music on Friday night added such a fun atmosphere, and the upcoming hot tub amenity will be a fantastic addition to an already wonderful resort.

Beyond the resort itself, the surrounding area is packed with adventure—from exploring Amicalola Falls and the Appalachian Trail gateway to enjoying local cideries and wineries nearby. This is an ideal destination for anyone looking to combine upscale RV living with mountain adventure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return!

We just left the Talking Rock Motorcoach Resort and I have NOTHING bad to say about it. It’s a beautiful, family owned resort, just northwest of Atlanta… ok, that may be my only complaint. (We had to go through Atlanta to get there). We arrived at the gate on Thursday afternoon and we were greeted by Jim. He was so friendly and escorted us to our site. Once we were parked, he handed off our welcome packet and a fresh loaf of sourdough (baked by the owner’s daughter… yum!) We had our dog, so on walks we would check out the amenities- beautiful clubhouse (with live music on Saturdays) tennis/pickleball courts, pool and the views are amazing. There’s plenty to do in the area- wineries, restaurants, shopping. Even though they call themselves a “Motorcoach resort” there were a few pull behinds and we weren’t asked about the age of our coach and there were some older coaches there but everyone was well maintained, so it didn’t look junky. The sites are very large (we’re 45’ towing a jeep and there was enough room to pull in without disconnecting. Most sites are pull in, which was nice for privacy. Overall, a wonderful weekend. If you’re in the area, check them out!

We had a wonderful experience at Talking Rock Motorcoach RV Resort . The resort is beautiful, easy access from Hwy 5 and wonderful amenities. The clubhouse offered snacks, a fireplace, and high end meeting area. The restrooms were very clean and there also was a laundry room. We enjoyed the hot tub and look forward to returning in the summer to have time at the pool. They also offer pickleball.
Oh - the sourdough bread was a nice touch! We will return!

We recently spent a month at Talking Rock Motorcoach Resort, and it exceeded all our expectations. The views are truly amazing overlooking the beautiful North Georgia mountains. The owner, Mike, was incredibly friendly and super accommodating from the moment we arrived. He went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect for our stay, and his genuine hospitality made us feel right at home (not to mention the welcome package which included a loaf of homemade sourdough baked by his daughter). The clubhouse is gorgeous, a beautiful Mediterranean-style space that's perfect for relaxing or socializing. They also provided live music events available during our visit which was a treat. Everything about this resort feels luxurious yet welcoming: spacious concrete pads, full hookups, pristine grounds, and plenty of amenities like pickleball courts and trails. It's clear a lot of thought went into creating this upscale RV haven. Highly recommend Talking Rock Motorcoach Resort – we'll definitely be back!

We had a great family vacation over the holidays here and highly recommend Talking Rock RV Resort for you next adventure. .

So glad to finally write a review; thought I had done so already. Can't say enough great things about this motor coach resort. The mountain views are stunning, only to be exceeded by the hospitality shown by Mike and Marla the owners, as well as their daughter Olivia, and staff members Jim and Marie and Gary. They definitely make you feel like family! Lucked into visiting the first time in October during a Newmar rally, as we wanted to check it out prior to our plan to visit at Thanksgiving. Just completed that second visit, and had a wonderful time including the potluck Thanksgiving dinner hosted by Talking Rock, and made plenty of new friends as well. My friends had originally booked at Talona Ridge, but after being there in October I talked them into canceling and coming on over and joining us at Talking Rock, and they're super glad they did! We already booked our reservations for next Thanksgiving to do exactly the same thing next year. Thanks again Mike and staff, for the always welcoming spirit! You have a true gem in the mountains, and everything is first class, brand new, and perfect. See you next Thanksgiving, and probably sooner....

My husband, our two Boston Terriers and myself hit the road and could not wait to get to Talking Rock, GA. When we arrived the owner Mike met us at the gate and guided us to our spot. We received a welcome package along with some homemade sourdough bread. I loved that it was a gated community. Every spot in the park was a beautiful spot, you cannot go wrong here. I loved riding my bike around the grounds. They have an amazing clubhouse, that has a fireplace and lots of seating to read a book, go on your laptop and do work, and sit and have coffee and chat. Although we have a great shower in our RV, I chose to use their shower which was a huge walk in shower that felt luxurious. Everything looks brand new and is very well maintained. They also have coffee and snacks in the clubhouse for anyone to enjoy. They have a beautiful pool and tennis courts as well. I highly recommend this RV part. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
